Even the guy at this location said I should be getting a REFUND for my extra miles and gas I had to drive to Lafleche SK from Weyburn SK which is 416kms and $216 worth of gas as I was given a rental with 3/8 of a tank in Lafleche not to mention the second vehicle we had to bring to Lafleche that gas..: I was suppose to have a rental truck in Weyburn where I lived but nope the day before get a call if I want the truck I have to drive to Lafleche…i will not let this rest till I am fully refunded the 416kms of extra driving I had to do as well as $216 worth of fuel for driving the 4 hours to get it like I was told I would get by 3 different employees but now I’m still waiting for a call back that I put in 3 days ago to talk to a supervisor or manager at U-Haul…???

Etta VWas quoted .62 per extra mile and was charged 1.00 per mile Only needed to leave 5/8 of tank and I left 3/4 tank
Brian LI had forgotten my trailer plug adapter, none were available for purchase; was simply unfortunate and inconvenient. Trailer had a burnt out license plate light and it took multiple extra hours to get that fixed which was rather inconvenient. Otherwise staff was kind and it was quick service.
