The gas tank only had 95mi of driving in it. I think that’s within the tank required for drop off? But when you’re going kind of far that feels a little too close for comfort about running out of gas. I think it should be at least half a tank for drop off

REBECCA MThe computer system was not working so it took 45 to get the truck. The employee was very good and kept trying to get the system to work.
Margaret MThey lied and charged me another day just because it wasn’t ‘ clean ‘ but it was never dirty, highly recommended not using U-Haul.
Brian SEmployee was rude and not nice. He actually told us "what's taking so long. Hurry up and start the truck!" We had turned it over three times and nothing happened. He said other things too, and eas just rude in general. The truck had someone's road snacks left in it, and the windshield wipers were crap. It rained for the entire second day of travel through Idaho and all of Oregon. It was almost dangerous how crappy they worked. The worst part is, I didn't reserve with them. Uhaul changed my pick up place to give their smaller partners some business. I was not happy I had to drive extra miles away to a small dealer when I specifically chose a different location. You didn't give me a choice and just changed my pickup location for the truck. Then I had to go to the original pickup location for the car carrier. This was a very difficult trip and you didn't make it any easier. I'm just glad it's over.
