The lady that I met when picking up the U-Haul was super awesome and informative. She was also the same one that was there to receive the U-Haul when I returned the U-Haul. She was great to work with and would definitely do it again through them if I needed to.

CHRISTOPHER ETo be honest from start to finish my experience at this location went very smooth, easy and professional. I was treated great from the staff and I was a walk in customer. The rental process was quick and the return portion was just as easy and smooth. I recommend this location to everyone.
KENNETH DI’m more disappointed with U-Haul themselves. I messaged about being charged for 2 days of insurance when we only rented for 1 day and I never received a response back. Poor communication
Eric HThere was empty soda cans and trash in the cab plus the steering wheel was super sticky and the back of the truck was covered in small leaves. The attendant said the gas was full but was only 3/4 tank. I went in and reported this to her and took pictures. She said not to worry about it, I won’t charge you but I can’t change the contract now. She didn’t charge me for The filth or the gas but I shouldn’t have had to deal with any of that or go home and clean the sticky stuff off the steering wheel. I’ve never rented a diet truck from you guys but this takes the cake.
