pictures would not load into app from phone-as this then required a phone call to customer service sort of make a 100% remote pickup a pain in the butt

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was surprised that the lot was unmanned and in a high grass area. It was basically a field with a bunch of old cars and trucks . I had no issue once I arrived and understood that I had to do everything on the app and it worked seemless. It would have been nice to know it was an unpaved unmanned lot. It was a great experience and kiddos to U-Haul for making it a great experience.

William AThe location was an abandoned car lot/field in the middle of nowhere. We were notified the day before that our reservation was not available - this happens EVERY time when I am renting a vehicle for one-way usage. My reservation was for pickup 15 minutes from our location - WHY DO YOU PRETEND TO HAVE A VEHICLE WHEN THE RESERVATION IS MADE?? The facility was an hour and half away from our location which added 3+ hours to our moving time. The vehicle did not drive well, the alignment was off causing it to vibrate, the suspension was rough. If it wasn't for the seatbelt I would have been airborne with every large bump.
