Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location was closed but I called the owner. He was very friendly and helpful.
Luther RI went to the address I received in my email to pick up and was informed that’s not where my truck was. So upon looking at another email I found it was on a different street. I went there. I was approved for an in person pick up at my desired time and I ended up having to do everything online. It worked well but don’t approve something for someone and then do whatever you want to. It did slow me down on my trip. The gentleman at the Reynold rd uhaul was very helpful and nice.

Angela SThere was a little confusion on the paper work, and we went to the Bowling Green ky store to rent the uhaul truck but didn't have one at that location so we had to go out the way to get the truck,50 miles away in order to use it in Bowling Green ky, so we had to get in Glasgow and drive it back to Bowling Green ky and return it to Glasgow total inconvenience and plus not the original charge that was quoted to us that day and was charged extra miles a week later after return
