Agent didn't have much information when I asked questions I was directed to the 1800 number. Very frustrating. I don't blame the employee, managers should have their employees well informed.

Advertised helpers guaranteed. We paid for two helpers that didn't show up, even after I verified the night before. UNSATISFACTORY! My wife and I had to load a 20 foot truck by ourselves. My wife is 62 and I am 75. When I called and spoke with a supervisor, she was very unsympathetic and unhelpful. She said to go online and find another. We will never use U-Haul again.

Location Manager was onsite and attentive as the truck had comeback overnight. It wasn't a available for pick Up on the app. He was already getting another truck checked in for me when I arrived. Rather than making me wait and use the app, he opened early and processed me in the office. He had a terrific attitude and a sincere interest in taking care of me. He demonstrated superior customer service.

The location was great and staffed with very friendly and helpful people. The UHaul app, on the other hand was a pain to work through. The reason I can say the employees are very friendly and helpful is because they gave me plenty of help to try and speed things up, but the app kept slowing me down. I may never use the app again.
