The guy who helped me check the trailer out got the estimation wrong. Also, he couldn't rent me the equipment- he had to sell it to me. I PAID FOR SOMETHING I WILL LITERALLY NEVER USE AGAIN. UHAUL'S FAULT- YOU SHOULD HAVE THE BALL AND LIGHT ATTACHMENTS AVAILABLE FOR RENT. The guy who checked me in upon return was very nice.

Only issue the person who opened the store called in sick so there was a delay while the owner got there.


The sides on the trailer were almost too low to rent .They use to rent a 5 x 8 with higher sides . But I did make it work. Other than that I was satisfied.

“First come, first served” should be implemented. I ended up waiting for almost an hour before getting a truck. People who just arrived who initially asking simple questions at the counter which should be okay. Bad part is that he keeps asking questions for more than 5 minutes until he was able to get his equipment before us. Worst part is both guys at the counter are entertaining one person while the rest of us waiting for our turn. After him, other people followed. All of them were at the end of the line! I believe that since there is only one line at the counters, either mobile or counter transactions should be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

The truck was not washed making it difficult to see whether there were any damages. Inside was not wiped down, I was told they just use a blower to blow it out. When I touched the floor and the Mom's attic space my hand got filthy.


Our uhaul broke down due to malfunction and poor maintenance. A replacement was not brought to us and we weren't compensated properly for the loss of time and money a poorly maintained truck caused us.

the track i was get it it was very dirty from outside and it's not under my responsibility. and for that one i have been charged $25 for what????


The customer service was mediocre, perhaps they are understaffed but there was only 3 employees available to assist. Their office is tiny therefore no space to comfortably wait in line while they were dealing with others customers not to mention the lack of proper space to practice social distancing. No one acknowledge that I was waiting in line and that I would be helped shortly. Once I received the keys and was instructed to self inspect the vehicle I noticed the vehicle was dirty both inside and out it literally looked like it had just been returned which made me question if it had been cleaned, disinfected or if proper mechanical maintenance for fluids/brake check etc. had even taken place. The following day as I returned the vehicle I encountered the same situation line out the door, so I had to pop my head in and interrupt by asking if there was a self check in option in order to return the vehicle on time then I was told that yes I could do it through the app and to simply leave the keys in the vehicle. So as I proceeded a few other people standing in line step out and proceeded to complete their returns through their phones as well. This information should be disclosed upon renting the vehicle and it would help to have it posted for customers to read instead of waiting in line risking any additional fee for a late return in case they decide to wait in line to be helped by a representative. I've used this company before at a different location (Pasadena) and received more professional service there. Went to this location bc it's closer to my home but next time I will most likely go to the other location.

First of all, you gave me a truck with the engine light on and the empty light on. Second of all when we dropped it off at the U-Haul location Where I put the end zip code at ,we weren't aware that it was a local truck because, well I'm in the process of moving all of my things so I assumed that by putting another zip code in that THAT would be my drop off location. So when we dropped it off at one location the night before the next day your branch decided to call me an hour before closing and tell me that I had to rush to that U-Haul and bring that truck to your location in Glendale and that you already charge me two days anyways so this was just to prevent you from charging me Double for two days. Next, after you told me why I was charged two days then I asked what time I could've turned it in for one day and you said 10 AM but again even though you open at 7 AM you didn't call me until 4 PM when I had to have the truck turned in by five so thank you very much for that EXTRA $100+ that I had to pay. Yeah, overall not a great experience and I'll be using ANY other place next time.

Hi I was satisfied with your services but one of the reasons I didn't give you five star is that the service on your premises is a bit slow and one should push for the things (like checking in). The other part is insurance. I took insurance but obviously your system is not like other rental companies. They have asked me to check the car because windows and roof was not covered!!! This was very strange and different from regular car rental companies.
