Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location was supposed to open at 11:00 AM, but the employee didn’t show up until 11:40. When he finally arrived, he wasn’t helpful at all. He was extremely rude and kept interrupting us while we were trying to explain the situation. On top of that, the inside of the vehicle was already very dirty when I received it, yet I was still charged a $25 cleaning fee. I really don’t understand how I can be charged a cleaning fee for a vehicle that was given to me dirty in the first place. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Between the long wait, the rude customer service, the dirty vehicle, and the unfair cleaning charge, I honestly don’t think I would rent from U-Haul again.

Kareem KI was told to go to my original location. Then they said they didn’t have my vehicle. I was there for an hour. They sent me to another place, i PAID for the transportation to the other place for pick up and drop off which was not planned.
Gabriel SThe incorrect vehicle was offered, I could not find it and it did not exist. After an hour on the phone they gave me a different truck. When I tried to get help from the rep at the location he would not pick up the phone, and asked me to text. When I texted he never responded to me. Never go to this location.
