I should not of had to drive to Glendive to even pick up the truck, U-Haul should have had it in Miles City ready for me. Making a reservation seems pointless if what you are looking for is not even a guarantee on the date you need it for. Very frustrating experience!

Trailer was dirty when picked up but if I were to drop it off like that, I would be charged a cleaning fee. No one reviewed the status of the trailer with me before I left. Staff initially added charges I declined when reserved. Staff was not particularly friendly.
Russell FMy truck did not have cruise control. Also, would have been easier for a lower running board just to get into the truck. Otherwise, yhe truck was fine

Theresa MMake sure all cup holders are clean. Realized when we went to use they were very sticky and gross. Otherwise equipment was clean and maintained.
