I was supposed to get the $12 foldable dolly, I never got the correct dolly that I paid for, first they brought out a small one, then after some communication issues and about 10 minutes time they brought me an appliance dolly which was still not correct, I got tired of doing this back and forth so I just took the appliance dolly, however, this did not work for our needs so that was money wasted.

The u haul didn’t have gas in it and I put gas in! They didn’t listen to me on the online price I got they charged me more and the worker in my way deli didn’t even clean the back of it there was something sticky all over the floor! Not happy last time I used uhaul was great customer service not this place! Please go to another location
Jessica g- It took the employee in the store a good 30 minutes to complete things on his end. I checked in and input all required information the night before. He informed me there was an issue with my drivers license (I double checked what was uploaded, and everything was accurate). I had to re-enter all information again. - Truck had the check engine light on (I called customer service to inform), and food crumbs and dirt all over the floor mats and cup holders. - Will not be using this location ever again.
Robert SThey just took the keys and said I'll get an email. They were too busy to help me. And I just got notice of a charge on my credit card from the drop off. There shouldn't be any extra charges
