Whitley JCharged a wrong drop off fee even though I called before hand and was told I could drop it off there.
Caitlin MWhen I started the van it was pass empty. Lucky for me a gas station was 3 blocks away and I was able to coast in that gas station. It cost me $78.56 to fill it up which was more than the cost of the van rental and I only traveled about 10 miles. I told the clerk at the rental store but she was no help at all. I think I should be reimbursed for the cost of the gas. I will not be using nor recommending U-Haul to anyone.
