There was a problem and between Ricks Tires and Uhaul Rep it was taken care of in quick fashion. We rented a 15 foot Box Truck this first of this month and a 10 foot van truck this time. We travel the same roads to our destination. The Van was very rough in drive and ride and it seemed the van could not handle curves and pitted roads as well as the Box truck. I suggest you look at the rear suspension on this particular vab to see why, why. Over all we got to where we needed to go.... Thanks

Nykelle JJust drop off and leave. The tire shop was busy and the uhaul drop off location is a dirt lot next to it with a key Dropbox
MICHAEL OI asked for a receipt of how much I needed to pay extra for the mikes but he was to busy doing other things that he said he would just email me and I expressed to him and his office staff that I was allready upset about the lady never applied the $50 credit and he said when he sends the receipt he will see what he can do.
