They were not open when we returned it so we were not able to go in to see if it was clean and inviting. I called the number to let them know we were returning it early and they said it was an after hours line, but they were nice and helpful. We returned the truck 2 days before it was due, but somehow still got a $20 fee for after hours charge? I still don't understand this. This was very upsetting but I didn't know who to contact to complain.

The office was closed. The truck was not what I ordered. It was approx 17.5 ft long, I ordered a 20 ft truck. Thus was my second trip, the previous trip, there were no keys for the truck. I had to make a 1250 mile round trip to pick up my items.
