Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe strap needs to be changed, it’s hard to put on to the tires and rusted as well. Please change the safety chain as well. Your service is absolutely fantastic. This is my first time rental and I was scared but I am fully satisfied. Strap is good, but hard to put on to the tire due to wet and hard to pull on.
Yanathiny SI think that if you return your equipment earlier than expected you should be refunded for the days unused
Erica PReserve for a car trailer, approved but give me a tow dolly
Antoine LRain got in the back door and soaked some of my stuff including a mattress. Also, part way through the trip, the truck developed an exhaust leak. Very loud.
