Very friendly staff & clean location BUT — Dead bed bugs & a couple live ones were found in the U-Haul truck. I think it should be mandatory for U-Haul to check for these. It's frustrating to think the U-Haul will be clean, yet find such a difficult bug to get rid of crawling on your items. Will definitely check in the future.

I ended up at this location because they had the size truck I needed and I appreciated that they were proactive in meeting my needs and they were friendly. They were able to change my drop off location (or at least said they could) after I requested a different drop location than what was auto selected online. The change in location became a problem for drop-off but I don't think it is the pick-up locations fault.
