The only complaint was clarification. We reserved the UHaul trailer at one location but were not advised that we would be picking up at a different location. After the fact we learned that several attempts were made to contact us for us to provide information for the lease, but on our landline phone number which does not receive electronic messaging. It all worked out, the people who manned the location were extremely nice and helpful. It was a surprise, though, to pick up at a different location than the one we reserved at.
