Over all experience would be 3 out of 5 stars. The employee I delt with was rude at first. Also, there is no way to call Uhaul. It takes you to an automated service. Then to a call line. You don't actually speak to anyone at that location.ELI B.

Lousy service. Not told to wait for in inspection text. Did that when we got to our house. Half an hour on hold to get instructions. When we returned truck, told to go inside for receipt. Half an hour wait just to be told it was already charged and the wait wasn't needed.STEVEN H.

This is the second time in 4 years we have rented from this location and each time the windshield was not cleaned very well and was smudged right in the drivers line if sight and had to be cleaned again for safe use....of all the places to not make sure was clean this should NEVER happen.George F.

I'm sorry I can't think of one thing. I use u haul services often . Bu t I will usually try to go to the north ave store just because the service is as best as it gets as far as I'm concerned. Only thing is the link that customer first fills out asking beginning mileage, when i tried to download photo of odometer it did not want to download. Maybe a glitch in the link. So i only put 28 miles n not 44. Other than that, great. ThanksJAMES G.
I would say to make an attempt to contact the customer if they are late returning equipment instead of reporting it stolen like what had happen to me i had the police department both sherriff and city held me at gun point as if I was a harden criminal as well as I was told I will have a warrant for my arrest in the next few weeks... I am seeking out legal counsel in this matter for a feel this was handled very unprofessional and humiliatingZachariah D.
Customer service is very bad and when we dropped off the uhaul the 20 minute before due employee told us to do a self check had no way of doing it then returned to the office to find the door locked and no employee to be found then have been charged extra the uhaul we washed even inside of box and cleaned outside and cab was cleaned also was charged Extra not happy at all (970)986-2301 is my cellphone numberSARA D.
