Customer service is not great. There was no explanation details of process for 1st time renting U-Haul & representatives didn't all seem that interested in dealing with the customer. This was a "Cold" service: Transaction without any warm customer interaction. It was like give me your license, how are you going to pay, and the trucks outside with the key. Rented a 6x12 Trailer. After loading and ready to go, I found out I had a flat tire. I tried roadside assistance and 2 U-haul stores and know one would help me. These trailers do not have spare tires and know way to change them. on top of that I had to buy a tire for the trailer.Andrew S.

1. General Manager was not wearing a mask. 2. I told him we had a corporate account and he wrote the rental up under my personal name then had to provide a credit card. 3. I was told to set up a personal account and app to keep from being charged a $20 after hours drop off after explaining we had a corporate acct. 4. I rented the van because i was picking up 30 pieces of art only to find it dirty and not clean.David W.

The Uhaul I rented was very hard to drive because everything time I stop on the gas it you push hard and was not a good Uhaul to be driving. I was very disappointed because I always rent Uhaul and have never had to drive such a bad Uhaul like I didchristine A.

I believe nothing more can be done to improve service for the next consumer. The manager was more than helpful, and helped with problems I was experiencing with using my insurance to rent the vehicle after my personal vehicle was damaged. Excellent help, and very thoughtful.Jim P.

Uhaul gave me the run around I drove a hour to a location that I reserved a truck for and the truck wasn't available at the division location in Arlington some of the worse customer service I wasn't accommodatied in any way I will NEVER use uhaul again and I hope no one else I know does either I'll make sure of that!Nekesha H.

I left my truck and put the keys in the back like I picked it up. I get an angry voicemail this morning from the owner threatening to charge me for another rental because he doesn't have the keys. I had to call them back, which went to the main line, talk about it with them and I never even got a call back. I had to talk to someone on the Uhaul website online chat to confirm it had been returned. What a mess.Stephen R.
