Booked a 15 foot van for two days . When we went to pick up they said they had no record of booking . We showed them the text and they offered us a 26 foot for three days at Dane two day cost . We returned it actually on the 31 July at 8 0,13 pm . Day before it was due . We had been told to put keys in drop box .. which we did. Yesterday we got a return date of Aug 1 at 5,2 pm so they added an extra day on . Not impressed at all . Poor communication and un business like .

Trent RAfter hours drop off. Yard could use a grass clearing and get all the trailers organized in a more organized lineup for backing in.
Craig CTerrible pick up experience. Had no idea about our reservation, didn’t check drivers license or show us a contract which caused lots of issues upon returning. Also tried to convince us to take trailer with broken lights.
