DONESHA JThe service at Uplift went above and beyond but the experience with uhaul was horrible. I needed to contact roadside assistance because the vehicle's battery died right after I picked it up, I scheduled for a mere 2 hour turnaround it turned into more than 4, the agent was insufferable I could tell she worked from home because there were kids yelling and her tv was very loud I could barely hear her and she couldn't hear me because she kept messing up the address. They gave me a $12 dollar credit but I still ended up paying more than 80 for. 29.00 rental. This was overall a very bad experience.
