The trailer leaked. Both times we have rented lately this has been the problem. First it was the truck and now the trailer.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe U-Haul app is a disaster. It failed to allow me to pickup my truck in a timely manner or add an additional driver. Just to get the keys for the truck took over an hour and multiple phone calls because the app would not work properly.
David RThe mileage is off by 40 miles because my house was 40 miles past the drop off location and the route was in very windy mountains steep grades and tight corners which a normal driver with no truck experience would have issues with.
william GThe towing equipment worked great! A closer location in Riggins or Whitebird would help accommodate our area.
Julian LVery accommodating. Easy return.
