This was an improvement for me. Definitely being able to go in instead of those lock boxes and closed stores where you hv to call in over and over was the best

Darlene M.Not including the extra $162 charged to my account I'm disputing; the gentleman that booked the U-Haul stated I could not return the truck to the nearest U-Haul facility closest to me that would have save on mileage due to the truck being privately owned. There was also no furniture dollies and pads I initially booked on order which made the move more difficult. I was advised not to do business with this location in Graniteville but decided to as a result of it being closer to were I was moving from.
Gregory B.This clarifies did not have any gas when the truck was picked up. On E and I had to get gas before I could begin driving. I also ordered. 20' truck and was given a 15' truck and was charged a 20' price and was told the price would decrease.
