Pickup was quick and easy. I had to extend my rental additional days and the process over the phone was simple with the staff. Good Customer Service.
Jessica I1st- I ordered truck weeks ago. When I arrived 20ft truck wasn't available for out of town use. Gave me a 26ft. However it wasn't back yet. So had to wait 1hr more. Went to pick it up wasn't there. Parked at a different location. So, my movers were waiting for me 2hiurs, because of Grants Pass incompetence. It was not filled with gas as expected. I am 75 yo. Disabled person. I managed this drive. Then on the other end in Salem movers contacted me night before telling me someone didnt show for work. But they were able to.move my appt. To a later time. Thanks to them i am grateful. BUT U-HAUL SHOULD BE COMPENSATING ME A 200.00 REFUND FOR ALL THEY CAUSED IN GRANTS PASS. ENUFF SAID. I FEEL JERKED AROUND BY YOUR COMPANY.
