Price is unbeatable and the lady was friendly but she did not know the answers to literally any questions I asked her and I left there feel very not confident that she put me in the system right. I called the 1800 number to make sure it was good. Can you guys please give her more training?

The pickup location of the truck was closed. The directions to the location was vague. When I called customer service they were of little help. The back of the truck was dirty with old broken pieces of something in the back. Also old reservation papers on the floor.
David BAgain it was U-Haul and lack of communication and understanding
christi wMake sure all equipment that is rented be with the truck when reserved for pickup. I called uhual hotline. I did not get appliance dolly. She said I could go to a corporate store and get one. She gave me the wrong address. That was time and gas wasted in my personal vehicle. We ended up moving without it. I liked mobile check in. It took a little time but it was good.
Aleem AHave a few more smaller box trucks available but it was a great experience for my first time renting a uhaul.
