If you change a pick up location, the customer should not be charged for the extra mileage to pick it up. It added an extra 20 miles to my total mileage.

Leo HThis was one of the worst experiences that I have had with UHaul. The location was moved three time without my knowledge and the place that I had requested the rental from was right across the street from where I needed to pick up my items from. Then, I drove 7 miles on down the road to drive pass where I needed to stop to drive back 7 miles to pick up the items and then drive to my house to unload. Once I was done then I had to drive another 12 miles back. My charge was charge once when I picked up the truck and then I was charged again after I dropped off the truck. So, I paid $120 for a truck rental that I didnt have but 2 hours. I was told that I was getting a credit added to my account and I havent received anything. I am upset with the service that I have received this time.
