I would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to the staff at this location! I had a great experience picking up my U-Haul truck for my move from Georgia to Illinois. The customer service was excellent, and everything went smoothly. The staff was professional, helpful, and made the process easy for me. Moving from one state to another is already stressful enough, so having a good experience when picking up my truck was definitely appreciated! I truly appreciate the great customer service and the positive experience. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference, especially when you’re preparing for a long trip! Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisclean the truck, it seems it was used for some kind of farming activity , it was dirty.
Singaravadivel NTruck AC smelled very strongly of smoke and windshield wipers were not very effective. It was also annoying that my original online reservation included 2 dozen moving blankets, but they were "dropped from the reservation" less than 24 hours before pickup. (Apparently, this location does not have moving blankets at all - What?)
EMMETT MThey were very helpful.
Andy RIf you change a pick up location, the customer should not be charged for the extra mileage to pick it up. It added an extra 20 miles to my total mileage.
