All good very friendly and helpful
Juan UDropped the unit off after 2 p.m. and the store wasn't open, although the U-Haul website said it should have been, which required me to download the u-haul app to properly return the vehicle and return the keys. The drop off lot was clean and spacious, and easy to navigate and park the vehicle.

Melissa MWhen I picked up the truck in Great Bend, KS I had to immediately put gas in the truck as it was on empty and the gas light was one. I contacted U-haul about this the moment I picked up the truck. I was told but the phone representative that she would note my account. I want to be compensated for this. I’m not a happy customer at all!!! I’ll NEVER use U-HAUL AGAIN!!!
