Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was quick and they were friendly
Thomas KThey must be a newly established uhaul place, don't speak English well, had to call someone and they set it all up over the phone.
Daniel KThe U-Haul Representative at this location was a South American with broken english. Told the representative three times and even wrote our destination on a piece of paper and he still couldn't comprehend where we were going. Used only a cell phone for setting up rental. Had no computer or print out for the contract agreement. Did no walk around the truck before leaving. This location should not be a Uhaul rental location. (They need training for this job). The truck did need a drivers side windshield wiper which appeared someone put a 21" insert on a 20" wiper but we changed it ourselves. Other than the wiper, the truck itself was great.
DONALD KConcentrate on your customers not the phone.
