The online check in service needs work. I was literally in front of the vehicle but still could not check in and had to wait until the office opened! Had movers scheduled !!

Stacy CThis is the best U-Haul location I've ever rented from. I was not familiar with hooking up the trailer I rented, and Gary went exceedingly above and beyond the call of duty by hooking me up, and he even lifted the trailer on to my receiver because of my bad back. When I returned it, they helped me unhook it and take it off my trailer. Other U-Haul dealers are not as friendly in Greenville NC. Thank you Evans Street Mini Storage and U-Haul! I will rent all my U-Hauls from you from now on!
Willie JThey told me that I couldn’t use that one truck they had because it was there personal truck. I had to call UhAul and they told me it wasn’t. I had to read off the tt number off the truck to verify. UhAul than had to call them to argue that I can use it. It seemed like they didn’t want to help me cause of my race. They kept telling me to go across the street to get a truck. They try to tell me my order was in for a 20 foot van. It was horrible. If I didn’t need the truck that day I would have switched pick up. So lady I left this town.
