Trailer had a nail in the tire. The person connecting the trailer left The business owner would not assist with locating another trailer. I went here after the first UHaul rental in Bethel was closed. I called U-Haul was sent to a third rental location on NC 403 that they told me on the phone was open. But it was not. Went to a fourth location and had to empty and connect the trailer myself. Consistent failure by rental location and U-Haul did not actually call and confirm the 3rd location had a trailer, despite telling me they did talk to location and confirm a 6x12 trailer
KEVIN TOwner was approachable, professional and informative. I will be back to rent again in 6 weeks! Continue to grow in God's grace!
AHKALAMESHA PHave the worker: -to not arrive hours late -listen to the drop off location -listen to the amount of miles requested -actually enter the correct information -not be in a hurry to leave and rush the process -know what length trucks are in his possession -behave professionally and knowledgeably -give out a truck with fully functioning mirrors -not insist that damaged mirrors are safe and legal -not rudely and prematurely hang up during a call I would also appreciate a reimbursement for the damaged vehicle and incompetent worker that I informed customer service about to no avail.
atlas cHave a better check out/return system. I retuned my uhaul more than an hour early but didn’t have a way to indicate this.
