Bad experience overall I was overcharged and I think the next time will never rent from this place or U-Haul ever again

Drop off location was closed (It was New Years Day) so unable to answer the above questions. However the parking is very tight and limited to return trucks.
DYLAN WThe person was very nice but we were surprised she would not check the truck while we were there. She just wanted the keys and that was it. We asked if she would check the truck while we were there and she said she would do it later. We were given no proof/receipt that we returned the truck and nothing in writing that said it was returned in the same condition it was rented and with the correct gas. We were at her mercy to check it in honestly without us there to sign off on it. Uncomfortable with this process.
