The truck I rented had poor tires and did not drive very smoothly. Thankfully I did not have to drive very far or drive a long time. The shop agent was very helpful and kind which was appreciated .

RICHARD TThe location and person working there were fine. The fact that you moved the location where I was to pick up my uhaul was not fine. I had to drive an extra half hour to pick up the furniture I was getting. You should give a discount when you inconvenience people like that.
