U-hauls Towing policy, "our validation process does not assess your vehicle clearance. If you see that your vehicle is low, you will need to decide prior to transporting your vehicle whether you want to proceed knowing that damage will be your responsibility or return the equipment unused for a full refund." I knowingly knew that my vehicle was going to be damaged so I proceeded to return tow trailer. One of the tires became flat and proceeded to the nearest U-haul location (U-Haul Moving & Storage at N Chaparral 1201 N Chaparral Corpus Christi, TX 78401. The employees supervisor over phone advised that wouldn't be able to refund due to Portland, TX location being dealer. Supervisor advised to call road side assistance even though I'm already at a U-Haul trying to return trailer to see if I could trade for Tow dolly.

Make sure tires are properly inflated. I checked them with my own gauge because I had a bad experience with a uhaul car dolly tire in the past. The trailer I was to pick up had 1 flat and 2 under inflated this time. The manager did a great job, she took the time to move that trailer, and hooked up the other trailer by her self. It was very heavy but she lifted on her own as these 6x12 trailers do not have a tounge jack.

I dropped off the truck a day early, at 11:00am and there was no one at the location. Dropped the keys in the drop box . 3 hours later I called location to make sure the truck was checked in this same day. The lady then did it within about 10 minutes.
