I did not request blankets or a cart. I hope I didn’t get charged for them. I had to go out of my way to pick up a truck and it caused an increase in mileage and money at drop off. Very annoying you charge the customer when you don’t have a way to deliver trucks to the closest pick up location for the customer. I should get a refund.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere was dried mud in the driver's side floorboard when I picked the truck up, as well as dried mud on the front of the cargo box and above the rear wheels on the passenger side, and dried mud caked into the rim of the rear tires on the passenger side. Otherwise, the staff was patient and helpful in getting me into the truck.
Brian LIt's a gas station with no indicator that there is Uhaul business to be conducted there. The rep behind the counter just asked for the keys and gave me noting to confirm drop off.
