I booked the UHaul at 3120 Gulf Breeze Pkwy which an actual UHaul place where they normally clean and prep the truck before pick up. But instead UHaul made me pick up the truck about a block away from a Food Mart convenience store (3183 Gulf Breeze Pkwy) and truck was dirty with pet hair all over the inside of driver and passenger seats. Even though the truck only had 50k plus miles, it appears to be old. The thing was loud from the wind while driving and I couldn’t even hear the old type radio. I would never recommend this place.

Sandra NThey are the worst they wouldn’t even help me put the U-Haul on my hitch. They are rude. I would never go back there and I would never recommend it to anybody.
Elizabeth RMake sure they are fluent in English, that they check drivers license and that they ask what kind of payment form you want to use. Called uhaul 5 times to get payment card changed, but to no avail. This was the worst uhaul rental pickup location ever.
Kerstin TCheck imbeds rude. Truck drove 3 miles then broke down. Hard to communicate with attendant. He did not want to answer any questions. Auto clicked many additional items on reservation that I had th unclick. Never again. Horrible experience.
