Somewhat dark for a nighttime pickup. Too dark to take photos of the truck. Lock a bit difficult to work.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhen I arrived to pick up the vehicle, UHaul had a different address than the one on my reservation, so I had to call to get that fixed. The online check in forces you to use the UHaul app, but the app did not work and I had to call 4 times to get help just to pick up the vehicle. The person at the local number on the sign did not answer the first time I called and the second time, just told me to call the UHaul number and hung up. It was a very frustrating pick up process, taking well over an hour.
Kim GYou deleted my add ons: Appliance dolly, furniture dolly and pads without informing me and on a Sunday NO one to assist as stores closed. You also didn’t have the 15 foot truck, but substituted a 26 foot truck at same price, thank goodness!
