Only compliant I have is related to the on-line reservation system. I made the reservation choosing the latest available pick-up option available. I was in town visiting friends that i hadn't seen in a while and wanted to spend time with them hunting. Shortly after making the reservation I was contacted by the attendant and asked if I could come in sooner because they had scheduled an appointment that morning, prior to my reservation showing up on the system, and needed to leave by 10:00.

david cUnfortunately it is the only local uhaul. No one is ever there. Had to buy most of my boxes at Walmart then at the Uhaul in Amarillo, Texas. When truck was returned the lady said I would be charged for a day because we were late. I asked how much and instead of saying she would need to enter all the information she said $20 or $23. I said okay and left. I was billed $40. When I contacted her, instead of just apologizing for the misquote she argued and blamed me.
