I scheduled for a pickup Thursday for today Monday she didn't tell us that she scheduled to pick up for another location we got there probably about 9:09 we had to wait till someone came then they called the the receptionist it was 10:00 before we could start I do not recommend this place at all

There was no one at the store when we arrived 30 minutes after it opened. We had to ring a doorbell and then an attendant showed up in a car asking if we were the ones ringing the doorbell. We then had to wait for the manage who apparently lives close by as well. It took over an hour to compleat a simple pick up and get home making the movers we hired have to wait 45 minutes before they could start loading the truck. Pick up was supposed to be at 930 and we should have been home by 10 we did not get home until almost 1045. The truck also did not have the required amount of gas in it and the AC didn't work so we had to have roadside assistance come fix the AC. Uhaul itself has been fantastic for any move we have made over the years, but this location was absolutely awful.
