The location is very sketchy! Hard to locate no signage roadside. Area is not well lite. Staff was very rude. Went to pick up and they held the door open by a crack talking through that. I will not rent from this location again! As a female it is very unsafe!!!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNeed a better system and obtaining a key. The lock box was very frustrating. We followed destruction. It took us 15 minutes just to get the key.
Shantee DLock box was hard to access because it was high up on a wall.
Tobias LWhen doing the self-check for the vehicle, don't be shy about calling the service desk. They were a big help. I had not conducted this type of rental procedure before but actually it was quite easy once I understood the details.
THEODORE VThe location is in an odd place but was relatively close. The equipment (back of truck) was clean, inside the cab - needed to be wiped down but overall clean and didn't smell. The truck may need some maintenance work done but ran well on the freeway. The best thing about this rental experience was Jay (from Frederick, MD area) who helped coordinate the reservation and truck!
