There was a message “Service Tire Monitor System” on the dash as well as an indicator light which I think was low windshield washer fluid. These issues do not invoke confidence in the maintenance practices of the location.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPick-up and drop-off were only available during the store’s business hours. However, the U-Haul customer service representative scheduled my reservation outside of the store’s business hours, so I had to wait until the store opened, which was past my reserved time.
Jiwoo PThe previous renter of the U-Haul was very late to return, and then drove away with the keys - an issue beyond the control of the U-Haul Company and the staff at TJ's Grocery. The Staff at this location were extremely helpful in resolving the issue as soon as they could and also helped talk to the area manager who graciously gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The rating above is reflective of the staff and team - excellent!
Corrinne WYou should mention clearly in your website that customer has to pay the gas price separately in addition to rent fee, environmental fee and per km fee. The price is too high which should be reasonable.
