Improve on your customer service. I called your customer service and the agent that I spoke with was rude. I booked dolly but wasn’t made available to me. My location was changed without proper reason.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe equipment was amazing. The U-Haul customer service was amazing. I could have got into so much trouble if my common sense didn't kick in. The lack of training or standard of the contractor is scary.
SNYGE KThank you 5 stsrs
Christopher POvercharge for fuel, it was returned 100% filled up, was in touch with you haul that evening when the overcharge receipt was received, you haul promised to rectify it by the next day, said I would hear from them by the following morning. Didn't hear from anyone, no new receipt issued even though I had pictures of the full tank along with the end mileage and a copy of my fuel receipt. This is the third such incident which I also have outstanding claims filed with U-Haul, and also have not heard anything back about those either. So disappointing. Looking for a new provider
Kelly SThe vendor did not know how to book. And it costs us at least $90 for 1 hour renting with less than 25km use. From $19.95 to $90, unbelievable.
