The people at the location didn’t know how to initiate my reservation at the counter. Location didn’t have mobile pickup… took an hour for me to access the truck. Very frustrating and will never use this location again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt took almost 2 hours of being on the phone with U-HAUL customer dis-service to get the truck key. I was told at the end of this aggravating experience it had something to do with the location not having registered the return of the truck. I lost my load handing help and two hours of my Sunday. Thanks for nothing Mobile Gas (Hamilton) and U-Haul.
Craig HLot of issues in self pick up with the app throwing errors. Needed to get customer service and get it resolved. Took much more time and effort. Overall spent close to 40 minutes resolving it.
Mohamed MFix your app. It is the worst app I've ever used. And if you read the reviews on the App Store, many people agree. There are comments going back years about how bad it is. I spent 45 minutes inputting and re-inputting the same information. There was another person at the location at the same time as me and he had the same problems. He went home and made a reservation on his laptop. I called your 1-800 number and talked to two people. They were excellent to deal with and solved the problem right away.
Ed WIt was the clerk’s first time doing a U-Haul return. Between dealing with the app and support it took 30 minutes to drop off the truck.
