Even though I had a truck reserved, no uhaul representative was present. When the person working for FABS reached out, the male representative said, "we're not there, so... it is what it is." This response was very unprofessional and unhelpful. The female representative was very helpful and allowed me to get my truck over the phone. It was very much appreciated. The store owner went above and beyond as well.

I rented a uhaul on Saturday and returned it on Saturday but the store didn’t check it in for two days now the charges are coming out my account the ppl at the store are very rude to me DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION
Regina tThe agent couldn't find the keys and had to call someone. It wasn't a dolly in the truck and I requested it. I was sent to another location to get a dolly. Then I was charged twice for the dolly. Truck drove rough.
Kenyetta BTruck is in poor shape, transmission needs to be checked. Truck needs to be maintained. Also made a reservation for 8am and place of business wasn’t open until 10am. Do better please. Plus cost was more than quoted on my reservation
