It was really quick and convenient. I needed a pick up truck for a few hours. Great staffed. Fixed me up and had me on my way quickly. Return was simple.
I've spoke to the customer service department multiple times and each time I hear that I'll get a refund for the FRAUDULENT charges but instead I keep getting charged more. Yesterday I was charged again for 2 more appliance dollies even though I never even used one (they don't even have an appliance dolly at this site for you to use)! The manager said again yesterday that I would get a refund of the inappropriate charges and an email letting me know the correct totals but that has not happened yet. This location apparently based their business model on charging customers 10-15 at a time repeatedly over the course of months.

Very disappointed that I had to pay for 150 miles when I only went approximately 80. A refund should have been offered but was told that's the way it is. Unhappy about being over charged

The U-Haul was very old and a little sketch but the staff at this location was very helpful and we had a good experience.
I really only needed the rental for 24 hours, either I overlooked that option or it was not available. I have to get it for 2 days, so obviously the cost was more. That may not be available when you drop it off at another location.
Associate got my order wrong, added pads I didn't use, dolly I never received, over charged me for service. The manager refused refund & tired to paint the picture that is was my fault. Wouldn't want my dead dog to go to this location. I don't know if they are working off commission but they completely used me during this experience & the previous experience. I will definitely be giving a bad review on Yelp & BBB.
Too many glitches on your computer system. They had to fix my invoice because the system showed 7/8 tank when it was actually 7/16 full. I made many visits prior to moving day buying packaging and the computer system was %*#!
As a worker providing a service it's your job to make sure the customer receives what they paid for. You should walk your customer to the exact uhaul they reserved, not tell them â€œoh it's that one over thereâ€ and leave it to them to find it. If extra equipment was reserved such as a furniture dolly then make sure you actually give it to them or put it in the uhaul. I was charged for services and equipment I never received!
The staff need a raise
Has a drive thru for you to sit and wait for an employee to help you with rental drop off. Didn't not have to wait but a few seconds. The lady there was really inviting and friendly. Checked what she needed to and sent me on my fairly quickly.
They rented me a damaged trailer at full price which then caused me to have a flat tire in traffic and to end up stuck on the side of the road. No one would answer my call and put my on hold 12 times even when I said I was stranded. Then when I did get through they told me to call roadside and would not give me the number or put me through, they just told me to call the uhaul main number and figure it out. I was unable to use the trailer for the reason I rented it and yet I was not given a refund. So this was the last time I rent from uhaul and I will be putting my experience on social media.
My reservation "couldn't be found" at the location I had reserved it. Also, my credit card was supposed to be charged and instead my husband had to use his debit card. I set up an acct for this reason. I was disappointed with the entire experience.
Had truck ordered for 24/7 pickup and when I got there website said I had to wait until the store was open to get truck. store opened an hour later and there was a line with 1 person working I waited an hour to get the truck. I was a schedule and now I was 2 hours late because of this. why even take reservations.
Dont double charge customers for mileage would be a good start.

Everyone was extremely professional and very helpful.
The unit I used seem to need a little attention on the tow switch. I informed them of it and believe they will have it checked. Otherwise every thing was great.
