Worked with 3 locations to get a trailer. Frustrating, however, the dispatch on the phone got it all squared away. So thankful. Store in Lansing Michigan was awesome.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis location was part of another business; U-haul got very little attention and support. Tere was no personnel on sight to help with check-in and return of the trailer. I returned my trailer on a Friday and received calls on Saturday and again on the following Tuesday asking if I had returned the trailer. Obviously the personnel at the U-haul location did not know what they were doing.
