Drop off was confusing. Didn’t know where I should park the truck, but saw 2 other trucks parked roadside so I parked mine roadside as well, next to the lock box. 30 minutes after returning the truck, I unfortunately realized that my house keys might have been left in the truck I had just returned. I called the store to have them check. They placed me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me without any updates. I called again, they said they would have someone check, and I was on hold again for another 10minutes. I was already on my way back to this location to meet up in person. When I get to the store, they claimed they checked the trucks and didn’t find anything. I explain that I returned my key to the lock box outside and they send someone out to unlock it and open the truck for me. My keys were inside the truck. They never tried looking in my returned truck. Why this store is also a hardware store, I’ll never understand. It was disorganized and a confusing layout and the workers were distracted by the hardware store customers. Why is the Livernois U-Haul location not an option for returning trucks for one way contracts? It looks much less confusing and would be a better option than whatever Hamtramck offers.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWas disappointed that the truck had only a quarter tank of gas and shortly after getting on the road the passenger side mirror became loose. I was unable to use it while making lane changes until I stopped at a gas station and taped it into place.
Jennifer vThe person yesterday was super helpful with pickup when there was an issue opening a lockbox after hours.
