Michel DMy U-Haul experience was so negative. The unit was dirty and I was told by the agent in Hannah that I’d have to clean it out or I would be charged I was given the wrong size of truck. They didn’t have another when I went to pick it up. Last year I moved from Devon to Hannah and paid around 500 for a truck this year. I have moved back 10 months later and I’ve paid over 1000. The truck leaked. My mattresses are now drying the person before me did not sweep it out, so I’m going to have to clean mud off the wet mattresses. Check engine light came on. The unit is not doing did not do well revving engine. Cost me over $225 worth of fuel and then when I got there said that I hadn’t done the same amount of fuel so I was charged another $50 For my review, I will say that I feel totally ripped off. I will never recommend U-Haul and it was one of the most negative aspects of my move.
