The individual who helped us was super nice, however they did not have all the equipment we rented and ended up having to purchase a dolly in order to complete our move. We tried multiple different U-Haul locations to find a dolly prior to purchasing one but were told they did not have any available. We switch from the Vans & More location in Hannibal, MO which we have used multiple times in the past and always had a good experience to Big Heads. This switch was suggested by a U-Haul rep who called us after we had already made our reservation at Vans & more. I understand things happen but whenever you are in need of a dolly to move 600+ lbs equipment it can't be frustrating whenever the dolly is not provide and we were not given a warring prior too pick up.
