Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI would not have chosen this location if I had realized there was no human being there to help or greet you. Loud music was playing in the lobby which competed with trying to hear the video interaction with a worker.
Laura MEveryone was so helpful! The attendant that checked me in and out was outstanding! She was so thoughtful and really cared about serving the customer! In this day filled with people who don’t care about their jobs, it was refreshing to finally get someone who knew how to serve a customer!
David KEmployee was not strong enough to attach trailer, had to wait for someone from another store to come for help. One of the tail lights didn’t work and one of the tires was off balance and made the drive difficult. Assuming she knew about the tail lights when she checked the lights but figured after an hour and no other trailers she was not going to say anything.
Heather FThe young lady at the pick up location was outstanding!
