Because the owner called my wife threatened to call the police department and said that we had stolen the truck on our contract it clearly stated 24 hrs. The owner told her he would lock the truck down and disable it. Then he said we had until 1:30 pm to return the truck that was loaded to the max and if didn't have it back we was going to jail. If I'm not mistaken if you pick it up at 5:49 pm that means you have until 5:49 pm the next day

Mr. Luke and Alvin were amazingly helpful. The pickup was so easy. I did not have the app at first but they talked me through it. I would recommend the location based on great customer service. The parking is tight but they’ve already set the trucks up so you can pull directly out.

Katina DWorst customer service experience of my life. These people should not be allowed to rent U-Hauls when they can’t even bother showing up during their listed business hours. We expressed frustration with a mix up and we were immediately met with rudeness and attitude. When we started to match the tone given to us we were threatened multiple times to have our truck cancelled because WE weren’t allowed to speak to the man in the same way HE was speaking to us… No apologies given, a total lack of understanding and communication. We will NEVER use U-Haul again and it’s because of this establishment. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
