Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe app didn’t work (didn’t upload the pictures of my driver’s license, the codes sent to my phone took up to 15 minutes to arrive, contacting customer service took more than an hour for them to call me back.) I made the reservation already a while back without a problem. Luckily, after almost an hour of trying with the app, there was a person at the location who was still working there who was very helpful and helped me get the key to the van. I am very grateful to the person who helped. I wish U Haul would send my gratitude to the person who helped and would try to make it up to me for the stress I unnecessarily endured-they had software problems, according to the people who called me after more than one hour.

Jessica DTaking the verification photos was a disaster as the app would not accept the pics. We wasted 20 minutes of our time trying to get the various pics of the rental van. We called customer service and tried the live chat, but not much help. We were sent a text with a different link and then we could finally get the pics to upload to the app, but it was still cumbersome.
Mary HA little confusing to find drop off just from address but manger spied us and came right out and greeted us and guided us to where to park …. Maybe a bit more signage would be helpful Very nice guy though !
