No one was at the dealership. Easy in and out of the parking lot. I took a picture of me dropping off the trailer and called the main customer service and let them know that I had dropped off the trailer. The number on my contract for Chad's used cars wasn't excepting messages. I received a phone call two days later from corporate making sure that I had dropped off the trailer. No issues since then.

Even though we went to return the truck during regular business hours, there was no one available to check us in. I was hoping to be able to verify the closing of the contract at the return time, but had to wait until the next day to receive the receipt, etc. Since this was the only location we knew of in this town, we had no choice to leave the truck, and pray that all would be taken care of.
